Welcome to the NapierGrassPro App, developed by GrassXpertTech. By downloading, installing, or using the NapierGrassPro App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the app and are in compliance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The NapierGrassPro App is intended for use exclusively in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NapierGrassPro App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian, and you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.

Use of the App

• Permitted Use: The app is designed to assist farmers with agricultural activities, including data collection and analysis for napier grass farming.
• User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Prohibited Actions:
  • Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access the app’s source code.
  • Use the app to transmit harmful or malicious content, including viruses or malware.
  • Interfere with the app’s functionality or security.

Data Collection and Privacy

The NapierGrassPro App collects data, including your name, email address, contact number, GPS location, and images captured via the app’s camera scan feature, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, features, and intellectual property within the app are owned by GrassXpertTech or its licensors.
• License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app or its content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Termination

GrassXpertTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the NapierGrassPro App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
